Spacious house with great lighting & great location - 5 mins to Funk zone!

This unique & spacious home has been thoughtfully furnished with a comfy & coastal feel - a perfect match to the vibe of the city. Our two upstairs bedrooms provide the ultimate comfort for sleeping in or gazing at the mountain views from your bed. Also upstairs, is a bathroom perfectly situated between the 2 bedrooms for a little self care, or washing up from a day at the beach in a Spanish style walk-in shower. Downstairs, the living room couch doubles as a pull out bed, comfortably allowing an entire party of 6 to catch the best z's of their life. This home is at a close proximity to the beach, downtown and several hiking trails, making it easy to get around via Uber, car, or bike as you enjoy your visit.

We loved our stay here! Elizabeth and Ernie were great hosts—responsive and communicative. Their house was beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. There were nice touches like filtered water (my mom especially liked that!). If we ever come back to Santa Barbara, we'd like to stay here again.

The house was clean and very comfortable. My bed was comfy and the sheets and towels were very nice. Lots of extras, like toiletries and even bandaids which I needed! You can tell the hosts put a lot of love into this place. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful home
Absolutely prefect experience and stay at this home this last weekend! House is exactly how pictured and represented in the listing. Very clean, beautiful natural lighting and provided any amenities you might need. Everything felt very comfortable, very well organized and clean and the beds were a dream! Elizabeth was a great host with very quick communication! We were visiting Santa Barbara for a wedding on State Street and it was very easy and quick to get to downtown. Definitely recommend stay at their place.

Perfect Stay
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was spotless and filled with any amenity that you might need. Communication with the owner was friendly and she was quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Santa Barbara.

Perfect home & location for holiday getaway in SB
Home is bigger than pictures show, everything you could need or want, lovely decor and well equipped. Host even provided a turkey roast pan for TG holiday, she made sure we enjoyed exploring SB (which is paradise!) and had everything we needed with tips and recommendations. Location & parking easy & convenient. Sunset beaches, day/night activities and horse ride in the mountains made our mixed group holiday soooo memorable!
