Very quiet at night. LOVE the minimalist decoration inside the room. Two most important things for us: this hotel takes DOGS and has FREE parking!!! They also offer free breakfast (but we didn’t get to utilize it). The front desk very pleasant and accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you for a great stay.

I can not say enough great things about this hotel. I had to find a place to stay overnight with my family and my dog very unexpectedly. The staff was warm, welcoming, and immediately made me and my family (including my dog) feel safe. The person on duty, Ben, made sure our needs were met and that we understood the property amenities. My granddaughter really enjoyed the pool and the location is fantastic - in easy walking distance to the beach and some great local restaurants.

I highly recommend staying here! There are 2 parking lots so parking here was simple. The staff was quick to check me in and helpful with recommendations of things to do around town. The room was clean, comfortable - it even had a closed in back patio. The grounds are beautiful with fountains and plants galore! And breakfast was a plus - sausage and bacon and bagels and coffee! As a single, female traveler I felt very safe and comfortable here.

The property was lush with tall palms, banana plants and myriad greenery which created a calming environment. The self serve breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Loved it. I stayed at the Franciscan Inn at the end of a long week of travel for work. It was super quiet, clean, simple but elegant. The bathtub was amazing and I got a wonderful night’s rest. It was walking distance to the train station so I didn’t have to spend extra money for a cab. It also was walking distance to the beach and a nice walk to downtown. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. Things that could be improved: breakfast, but I appreciated the fruit, coffee and cookies in the afternoon. Would definitely return
