Under the Oaks Santa Barbara - kids and dogs welcome-fire pit and spa-no parties

Under the Oaks is an oasis of lush gardens, an extensive children’s book library, fine musical instruments and original art, all tucked away in a centrally located neighborhood. The kitchen is equipped with every small appliance imaginable, plus 6 ways to make coffee. Breakfast making ingredients like eggs, milk, bread, butter, jam, and pancake/waffle mix are included. The bedrooms have fine 100% cotton or bamboo linens on comfortably firm mattresses. Each bedroom has a white noise machine, a ceiling fan or mini split, a tv, Turkish cotton bathrobes, and asian carpets. The interior of the home reflects my Bohemian family culture. This is not your average vacation rental. The front and back yards are fenced in to protect privacy and to keep your dogs from running off. There is parking for 4 cars in the private guest parking at the front of the property. There are absolutely no parties allowed of any kind. This is a quiet neighborhood and noise carries.
