"This is the second time we’ve stayed at this lovely hotel. It is extremely family friendly. The levels in the pool are great for playing games: the swim bar is fun: the excellent appetizer platter was enough to feed a huge group and was tasty. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We will be back."

"The location is really breathtaking. It is low season so only one restaurant was open for meals (but be sure to check out the views at susnset). The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the waterslide (Tsunami speed). The views of the Volcano were wow! And the thermal springs in the afternoon (accompanied by a number of monkies above were just what the docter ordered). "

"Stunning location- you are surrounded by forest and pastures for the horses; very peaceful. The horseback riding is a must do. We rented the family suite and were impressed by the comfort it provided: complete kitchenette, comfortable beds. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, great breakfast, and conversations with Jorge. Him and his team also helped with some car problems. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"The hotel grounds are stunning with an array of colorful flowers, beautiful birds, and short paths that easily connect you to the buildings. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ate at the restaurant several times and each meal was delicious. All of this, plus convenient access to Parque Rincon de la Vieja!"
