The bay of Porto Miggiano is located in the town of Santa Cesarea Terme, one of the best destinations to spend the holidays in Puglia, located in the east coast of Salento.
La Torre Miggiano was probably built in the sixteenth century to protect the port and to the defense of the miners working quarries carparo stone and sent the segments throughout the county to provide useful material for construction.
Now these ancient ruined structures create a unique landscape, surrounded by clear water that flows into the bay of Porto Miggiano.

"If I could give this property 10 stars I would..it was absolutely spectacular. The panoramic view of the sea from the terrace was stunning and we made a lot of use of the mini- pool on the terrace. There is a wonderful covered terrace with a table and chairs and an outdoor shower as well as one inside so you can look at the sea while showering!!!!. We didnt use the BBQ or pizza oven but they were great features to have. Livia the owner had already sent us a welcoming email with useful tips on...

"The location is simply breathtaking. The private (shared with other trullos) sea access is a big plus. It really felt like a nice pause in this hectic world. A few things didn't work properly (the stove) and some would definitely require some investment (the bed, the shower, the sink). There are way too many extra items to take into consideration. "Molta distrazione nel creare l'annuncio da parte del proprietario,accessori mancanti al nostro arrivo ma presenti nella descrizione,assente la TV ,assente la macchina del ghiaccio ,assente il frigorifero bianco con freezer dignitoso ,assente il forno ,assente internet,100 euro di pulizie per trovarmi una giugla di ragnatele sia sotto il letto,che dietro la testata del letto ,che dire......mai piu !!!"
