Everthing was great! we had a family get together 16 people total, and everyone had their own space, and all the cousins shared a large room with bunk beds (which they thought was fantastic) Having the water park directly across the street was a huge bonus. as we didn't have to really go anywere for all the kids to have a great time. Definitley a trip to remember.

Everything we needed wa there. We loved the pool and the hot tub, and the grill. There was plenty of room for everyone in our party. The property was close to many beautiful short hikes.Thank you for letting us stay.

House was great! Lots of activities for the kids! Everything we needed in the kitchen! The down side.. we planned on using the grill but found there was no propane tank attached. Also, we found a few live cockroaches in the house. Yuck!

Excellent

We have stayed here the past 2 years, and I've already booked again for next year over Spring Break. We love the house, as it fits our family well. Everyone loves the pool and the fire pit. The house has good proximity to other places as well. The ice maker was a great addition this year. The info sent to me by text & email have been great, and I get an immediate response if I have a question.

Perfect stay

Perfect house and location for our large group. We loved the pool and the games in the house. Used the fire pit every night. Plenty of linens. Easy check-in-check out and quick answers to any questions I had. Will come back again!

Great Family Reunion Spot

We had a great time with the entire family. There were things to keep kids from ages 4-18 busy, and plenty of space to grill/cook for 25+ people. The teens had their own arcade area upstairs and played board games on the upstairs patio. The little ones floated for hours in the lazy river. I was pleasantly surprised by how little the video games and TVs were used during our trip thanks to many other options.

Great house and great location

Everything about the house was wonderful! Our family had a great, comfortable stay. The big pool is right across the street which the kids loved. We will definitely be staying here again.

Fun in the sun!

We loved our stay at red sands in Santa Clara and will definitely be coming back! The house was right across from the pool and fully stocked with everything we needed. 8 adults and 5 kids stayed here comfortably and it was a great price for all the amenities

Loved everything about the house and the area

We had 25 people all staying together in the house. Everyone LOVED the house, the pool, the area. Those who prepared the house were exceptional. All my family can't wait to stay there again.

Nice property!

We enjoyed our stay! the beds were extremely comfortable and we loved that every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed all the conveniences, especially being directly across from the water park. Highly recommend!

House was good. Just a little worn and the lighting in the home is not great. Unfortunate that the ice machines were both not functioning. Kitchen was unorganized and some pans were dirty. Teenagers said the bunk beds were extremely uncomfortable and moved a lot. All other beds were quite comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it is a great location.

Awesome large family house!

The house is great for families with lots of bedrooms with their own bathroom! The great room area was great and the kitchen was large and had everything you needed. The outdoor patio and hot tub were great too! Loved it!

Great location, right across from the pool.

Very pleased with the house, the response of the office for every little question I had. Check in and check out process very easy. Overall house was very nice and comfortable.

Excellent

We had a great time, we hosted a 80th Birthday party with 45 people and the house was perfect. Plenty of room and games to play. The large Barbecue was nice to feed every one and the fire pit kept us warm in the evening.

Well used home

The house has good proximity to the water parks within the resort community. You can certainly tell it has been frequently used. It was large enough for the entire family.

Fun Family Reunion

We had a wonderful time being together in this unit. Plenty of space and right across from the water park. Red Sand management was very helpful and kept in touch to see if we needed anything. We would rent this unit again.

Great house!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great! The only suggestion I have is to bring your own toilet paper. The paper provided was thinner than tissue paper. Other than that, it was perfect!

Excellent

Great place to stay, kids had a great time staying directly across from the water park. we were able to sit on the upstairs patio and see the kids have a great time there. The park and Pickle Ball Courts were a lot of fun. As for the house it was awesome wish I could live there full time, the kitchen was fully stocked and the arcade games, ping pong and shuffle table were big hits. We will definitely will stay in unit 103 again.
