"Fantastic stay during a weekend trip to Universal Studios! Very charming and clean hotel. Room was very spacious and had comfortable beds. Pool area is really cute. Attempted to eat at the restaurant, but they screwed up my order. To their credit they attempted to fix it, but I was over it at that point. Maybe next time will be better. Had some incorrect charges to my final statement, but once I emailed, they immediately fixed it for me. Would highly recommend staying here! I know I will again."
