"It was a nice hotel. The only complaint is that I could not get the room cold enough. It was humid in the room and the whole room never got cold with the air conditioning on. Room 248. I don’t know about the other rooms, but I like it cold."

"I had a conflict and needed to check in early since I had an engagement that occupied the entire check in "window". I was able to check in 2 hours early AND enjoy a quick swim in a sparkling pool (right outside my room) before heading out to my scheduled event."

"This hotel had a great location but the hotel its self was fantastic. I have here with my family. 2 adults and 1 small child. The room is spacious, we had a king bed with a sofa bed. The bed was fabulous and the pillows. I honestly wosh I can take them home. They felt like clouds. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. Breakfast is included and it was actually very good. Many choice and we didnt expect that at all. We had a great stay, when we come back to LA we will definitely stay here again."

"Parking is a bit tight and not a lot of spots. Especially more tight if you have a large car. Room was clean and spacious, our go to hotel when visiting universal."

"Honestly have stayed in many Best Wéstern hotels across the Golden state and this one was excellent. Professional staff, clean facilities and safe parking. No breakfast and you have to pay additional fee for Parking but I recommended to my colleagues from work. I do not know much about the surrounding area."
