"Ok, a long drive north of Santiago, hilly"

"Hotel itself was great. Room was clean. Location cant be beat. Staff were very friendly. The only reason i rated it less than perfect had NOTHING to do with the hotel. Cannot stress enough—-the hotel was terrific! Heads up to travelers. The town of Portosin is nearly dead in the off season. The town (and many others in the area such as Porto Do Son) need to figure year-round activities to encourage ongoing tourism. "It is a bit out of Santiago but we managed to use the bus. The bus stops across the road from the hotel. And they run frequently."
