"Hotel and room were fantastic. Location was honestly perfect - far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it felt peaceful but also everything you could possibly need in walking distance. Staff were wonderful especially those doing breakfast (which was also great). Couldn’t fault this place at all, we will definitely return when we visit Venice again. "

"I love the location it was really close to train station and like 2 min walk to bus stop to go to airport. The room is super small but it was really clean. They changed the sheet and everything everyday with 2 complimentary water. But the shower has no curtains so the water goes everywhere. Overall really small room with beautiful view. "

"The hotel is a museum, you stay in a historic building, the room was clean and comfortable, sheets and mattress felt new and clean. Very friendly staff, it has a terrace with a spectacular view of the grand canal, not too many amenities at the room, for the same reason that you are staying in a historic building, the room feels old, I would stay here again if it is available. "

"A charming and cosy place to stay. The owner was very friendly and kind. I would come back to the place again . One practical advice: if you will arrive late, make sure you specify the arrival time, and discuss how you can reach out the reception staff if you arrive earlier or later than the specified time. Just telling your flight details may not be enough. I arrived earlier than the time the hotel staff thought I would arrive at. I only told my flight details and did not specify the arrival...

"Great location and cleanliness of the hotel. Walking to train station and all attractions. The only 4 star I gave is for age of the building and rooms. Looks very old but in perfect condition. I didn’t stay in other hotels in Venice but I assume all are old as well as the city is old and they can’t demolish buildings. Anyway, great hotel, staff and price and I recommend it."
