"We had an excellent stay at this villa! The pool was spotless, and the property was spacious -perfect for our group of seven. The host was always available when needed, and we really appreciated the privacy. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, with a lovely restaurant and café right by the water. There are plenty of great eateries within a 20-minute drive as well. Don’t miss Kumara -a quaint, zen-style shop full of beautiful artefacts, dream catchers and more. A beautiful place all around-highly recommended!"

"The room is very spacious and clean. It has a little kitchenette. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was yummy and fresh. We were able to walk to town. Enjoy the beach and live music shopping and walk home safely late at night."

"The villa is so lovely, looking both cozy and boutique. The heated pool was a great add-on at the end of a hot day at the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. A few things I felt could be improved: the lack of beach towels (this surprised me and I wasn't prepared for it, as I've received beach towels at all stays in Portugal); general lack of towels (there are 2 towels provided per person and they are VERY small); the breakfast choices (the breakfast felt a bit "lacking" compared to all other villas/hotels I visited in Portugal, and I personally didn't have much choice there and ate breakfast outside); Also, another detail that made me feel uncomfortable was the one of the ladies working there was ill one of the days, and was helping around the kitchen coughing. I really did not feel at ease with that situation at all, as I really would not want to catch a virus on a holiday!"

"I recently had the privilege of spending three weeks in this rental and enjoyed every moment, even the stormy stormy days!Excellent and thorough communication from the hosts.Unit is decorated tastefully and complete kitchen supplies are provided.Walkable distance to the beach and downtown Santa Cruz.Because of its location close to the ocean, the unit can feel a little bit damp, and the primary bedroom might have a little bit of a musty scent, but there is a dehumidifier, and that helps to pull the moisture out of the air.This unit was spotlessly, clean and extremely comfortable.What a great place to begin my European adventures!"
