Não fiquem nesse hotel - vão trocar a sua estadia
Me trocaram de pousada sem a minha autorização, para um hotel chamado bem Bahia sem a minha autorização no dia da minha chegada. Televisão com risco l, banheiro com Mofo e com infiltração. Café da manhã inferior e diária no hotel com valor inferior a que paguei Alimentação cobrando a gente no quarto para pagar na recepção Check in e check out demorado

Fotos no anúncio não condizem com realidade. Água amarela e com odor de podre. Colchão horrível na cama de casal, pois colocaram dois de solteiros D28 amarrados para formar uma cama de casal. Piscina suja. Ar condicionado barulhento. Atendentes educados e cordiais, mas não deram nenhuma solução para nossas queixas.

Férias (quase) frustradas
Apesar de a boa vontade de todo o staff, inclusive da direção da pousada, minha experiência não foi boa. Primeiro fiquei num quarto muito ruim, com diversos problemas. Depois trocaram para um que estava melhor, mas muito distante do que parecia ser pelas fotos. Tudo que poderia dar errado, de fato deu. Falta de água, problemas com reposição no café da manhã, barata no quarto, uns hóspedes mal educados que ainda por cima bateram no carro que eu estava, me acarretando um prejuízo de R$ 280,00 junto à locadora, fato que foi comunicado aos funcionários que disseram que nada poderiam fazer. Sem contar que o que eu buscava, que era o sossego de Cabrália, não foi encontrado no meio do fervo da Coroa Vermelha, que é onde fica a pousada. Mas não posso deixar de tecer elogios a toda a equipe, que se esforça muito para fazer as coisas darem certo. O que a pousada precisa mesmo é de uma boa revitalização nos quartos, porque o espaço é satisfatório.
