Also the property has clearly been renovated as everything appeared new and the common WC/ shower rooms are very modern with a very hot power shower. Raphael and Carlos keep the property spotlessly clean and do a great job. I highly recommend Pension Alcala, but its best to try and book a room with a balcony "

"We had a lovely time in Fuencaliente, the Pensión is clean, well equipped and light and the area is quiet. Owner is very friendly . There’s lots to do especially if you like walking and amazing scenery. Good restaurants in town or you can do simple cooking in the appartment . A slightly more comfortable mattress and we would give it top marks."
