This was a perfect location for a stay in Madiera. Nice view, free parking, and all the amenities anyone could want in the room. So many thoughtful extras like wine, bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, washing machine and drying rack, etc. I would definitely stay again.

I loved this place from the minute I walked in the door! Will definitely be back for a longer stay!

I really really enjoyed my stay. Hotel was clean and quiet and served my needs perfectly. Hotel staff was able to arrange for a rental car for me when I arrived to the hotel. Free parking was very limited but, I was always able to find paid street parking not far from the hotel. So not really a big deal. The hotel staff are superb. It was a good decision chooosing to stay out of the City of Funchal and stay at this charming hotel with tranquil atmosphere that i feel well rested during my 4 night stay. The location was very convenient for trips to both the coast and inside of the island, a straight shot from the airport but still quiet, safe and secluded. The property was sparkling clean, including grounds and swimming pools. 24 hrs front desk, quickly responsive to requests such as extra patio chair or ironing equipment. Easy late check-in, friendly staff, very good buffet breakfast. The room was clean and the WiFi was solid.

This is our go to hotel when flying out of Madeira Island. Staff is extremely accommodating. Although we left for the airport at 3 AM, we were provided with a boxed breakfasts. It is only about a 10 minute cab ride to the airport and runs around 10 euros. Perfect and convenient.

Really nice hotel! Felt a little like home away from home. Staff is very friendly and even brought us chocolates made on Madeira. Roof top pool and view is amazing!
