The toilet tank was cracked. Made so much noise that lasted at least ten minutes. For been a 5 star hotel and Marriott, they keep their property up to date which they don’t. Pool is a kiddy pool so big that is a waste of space. You cannot even swim. The other option is the adult pool which teens are not allowed so my teens were disappointed. Food is overpriced, pool services was bad. Only two servers and the pool was full. They only good thing was the breakfast buffet. Variety fresh and good. There is no airport shuttle. I was very dissapointed ti be honest. I’ve travel around the world and most 5 star hotels are well kept and offer great service and shuttle included. Los tajibos has to improved. I just can’t believed is 5 star hotel.
