"Good value at this apartment. Very clean, well-equipped kitchen, property manager John (who lives onsite) is very welcoming. No communication from owner until less than 48 hours before our trip, so we were briefly nervous. Note this unit faces the rear; nice sky view and an easy stroll thru the property to the water across the street, but no water views from the apartment."
