COZY BEACH HOUSE near YACHT HARBOR

COUNTY PERMIT NUMBER 201381. The Beach House has a 1 bedroom/bath with queen size bed The main house is fully furnished with a new remodeled kitchen and bath with a soaker tub and separate shower area, there is a outdoor deck with BBQ, flat screen TV, and queen size bed with luxurious linens. Occupancy is two. 1 Small PET IS CONSIDERED WITH MANAGEMENT APPROVAL... PLEASE ASK PRIOR TO BOOKING. Pet Fee of $25.00/day . Animals are not to be left alone on the property inside or out if you are not there...they must be supervised. Also prefer you walk the dog to pee/poop as the lawn gets burned from the urine. PLEASE NO SMOKERS!
We love and take great care of the property and expect the same from you.
This area offers many exciting dining options and activities within walking distance. The Crows Nest Restaurant has excellent cuisine, ocean views, nightly entertainment and summer beach parties with outdoor music. Johnny Harborside Restaurant offers great seafood with harbor views. Cafe"El Polomar has a mexican cuisine and is a great place to watch sport volleyball. The Kind Grind is a coffee shop with pastries, smoothies and a deli. Aldo Restaurant is on the dock and serves breakfast outdoors.

Activities on the Harbor are abundant. Rent SUP Boards and stand up paddle through the harbor and bay with friends,Kayak,or plan a cruise on the Chardonney II charter which also offers dining options while sailing on the beautiful Monterey Bay, or just take a stroll and catch a glimpse of the seals and sea otters that love to play in the bay.

Santa Cruz has 29 miles of beaches to explore, famous surfing spots from Steamers Lane to Pleasure Point, Capitola to Seascape and Sunset Beaches

Immaculate Cottage near Yacht Harbor

One of the nicest vrbo rentals we've ever seen. Tastefully decorated, clean, looks like newly renovated. Quiet street close to ocean in desirable Twin Lakes neighborhood. Thumbs up!!

This cottage was so clean and beautiful! It was so relaxing and well kept. Just a short walk to the beach and we were able to ride our bikes to our favorite restaurant.

Wonderful Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Cottage!! Loved everything about it! It is decorated perfectly! Spent time on the back deck with all the lovely flowers!! Loved that there were beach chairs and a small cooler. So nice to be able to walk to the beach! We would definitely book this location again!!

Clean and lovely cottage steps from the beach

Only regret is the weather didn't permit enjoying the lovely garden deck. So clean! Comfy and close to everything we could need or want. Cute street and neighborhood!

Relaxing oasis

We loved our 3-night stay in this cute spot. The private backyard and patio furniture was great for outdoor meals. The bed and bedding was super comfortable. Overhead fans were all we needed to keep cool. Very quiet street; tons of privacy. We appreciated the host's thorough communication and pet-friendly policy. The beach is a very short walk away (at the end of the street). Would love to return and stay here again.

Charming!

It was all we needed. Adorable home. It was well appointed and stocked with coffee, filters, liquid soap, toilet paper, and laundry soap. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants at the marina. The back porch/ yard is charming. If the weather would have cooperated, I could have spent an afternoon lounging with a good book. There is also a front porch with darling window boxes full of beautiful flowers. Even though the apartment in the back is also rentable; it wasn’t a problem having neighbors so close. Check in/ out was flawless and super easy.

Better than you expect!

5 Star Review! The pictures do not do this place justice. Its perfectly comfortable and suitable for a couple on a trip to Santa Cruz. The location was perfect for us, considering what we had going on while we were there.The living room furniture and the bed were comfortable. Plenty of towels available. The back patio was a very nice place to unwind at the end of the day. Furniture is comfortable and there are more chairs and small tables present, that are not shown in the listing photos.We did have a couple of hiccups but I'm not going to stray away from the 5 star rating as they are all more inconveniences than anything else. Plus they are all fixable.Kitchen - One of the cutting boards had crumbs and some food debris stuck to it.The kitchen knives were incredibly dull. Dull to the point that trying to cut a tomato, turned it to mush.There was a very dirty sponge left at the kitchen sink and the Dawn dishwashing liquid was practically empty. BBQ - Gas grill, located on the side of the house, which is not in the pictures. The propane tank was empty but there was a spare nearby. The grill surface had food residue stuck to it. There is a brush provided but it should probably be replaced soon as it was not the most effective at cleaning the grill surface. The ignition switch did not work either. Luckily, I found some matches in one of the kitchen drawer and was able to get the grill working.

I cannot close lock box. I tried contacting owner and have not received a response. I am waiting for house keeper but I have to leave in 10 minutes I will just leave keys in house if I don’t get instructions

Great location.... just a five minute walk to the beach. House is cute, perfect for a couple. The kitchen is open and modern. Bathtub and a shower was nice. Everything was just lovely.

The house was clean, the bed comfortable and it was a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the back patio in the evenings. The communication with the host was great. I would have given this house a 5 star rating except there were absolutely no condiments, not even salt and pepper.

Graduation weekend

Perfect Getaway

This beach house was ideal in every way. The design and style of the decorating was stunning and the layout of the back and front yards with tropical vibes made for the perfect romantic getaway. Plus the bathroom was amazing. This house is spectacular and if we could give it more than 5 stars we would.

Perfect size little bungalow for 2 and a dog

We loved this place and the location. We come to visit family and will definitely look to book this again. The proximity to the harbor meant for nice walks every morning. The home was clean and nicely remodeled. The yard and deck were perfect for lounging.

Perfect Locatiou

We had an amazing time in this little cottage! Loved our mornings in the sun on the back porch with our coffee that was provided. Perfect location for morning and afternoon walks to restaurants and the beach! Awesome, relaxing bathtub!
