"We had the best time here. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the shows, food, and the amenities. This was such a gorgeous location and I can honestly say we never ran out of things to do. Everyday was so much fun and such a unique experience. "Beautiful property right on Playa Hermosa. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean, spacious and a lovely view of the greenery surrounding the hotel and pool. There was some construction noise but we were there during the off season so not surprising. The hot tub was cool one evening but much warmer another. The area felt safe and calm. Expedia offered a 20% discount on a tour but the hotel only offered it for kayak/paddleboard rentals, a bit disappointing but the stay was otherwise fantastic. I would definitely return!"
