"This house was amazing! The layout of the house was perfect with an open floor plan and inviting outdoor area. The house had all amenities you could need with beautiful and comfortable decor. The house was clean and well appointed with fresh flowers and welcome pastries upon our arrival. The location was great as well, close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. I can’t say enough great things about this and want to book it again soon!"

"We had 8 people and the 2.5 bathrooms was key to everyone being comfortable. We made good use of the kitchen + the washing machine and dryer. Bathrooms are good sized. Both rooms with balconies have a beautiful view. Location is KEY! Excellent stay!"

"I was looking for a nice, clean, safe spot for the weekend where by daughter and her boyfriend could venture off on foot on their own and I could do my own exploring. This property definitely fit the bill. I used one of the beach cruisers on the property to explore the west side of Santa Crus while the teens went to the boardwalk. I parked my car nearby using the parking pass and didn't need to move it again. The house was clean and tidy, the kitchen pretty well equipped and bedrooms...

"This house was perfect for our family of five (three boys 4, 7, 9). It was spacious, kitchen well equipped, lots of bedding and blankets to be cozy. The fenced in backyard was such a lifesaver so the kids could go outside and we didn't have to worry. They loved the swingset. The location was fantastic- 7 min walk to the beach, mexican food on the corner and a 7 minute drive to Trader Joe's and Target. We loved our week here."

"We absolutely loved staying at this cozy spot right in the heart of Capitola Village. It had everything we needed and fit our family of 3 + a pup perfectly. The host was super responsive and all went smoothly. The only drawback is that the hot water smells a bit when you first turn it on. Not sure how you would fix that though. We plan to stay here again!"
