"I stayed at the hotel last year and couldn't wait to return as it's very quirky, full of antique-looking pieces and between the "houses" are pretty walkways with greenery, fountains, patios, tunnels. The sound of trickling water is so relaxing. My room had everything I needed with good storage. The maids were lovely and cleaned my room well..The piano bar open on evenings is a nice place to sit before or after dinner. This time I didn't use the pool area. Breakfast had a lot of choice (hot & cold) and the area was kept very tidy by staff even though some guests couldn't understand how the coffee machines worked thus making a mess! The staff throughout the property were great in every area and did what they could to help you. The hotel is in a good area with plenty of restaurants and shops, plus being in the former Jewish area, there are narrow alleyways to explore away from the main area. It's near to the lush Murillo gardens and about a 15 minute stroll to the Cathedral area, passing many boutiques and bars on the way. I'm worried that by giving such a glowing true report, that I won't be able to book a room there when I return to Seville again! Excellent place"

"Fue uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado en mi vida. No teníamos planeado quedarnos en este hotel, pero luego de cancelar el otro hotel que teníamos, nos presentamos a este a ver sí tenían una habitación disponible ultimo minuto. El personal es increíble, muy profesionales y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. El hotel está bien situado y todo nos quedó perfectamente a pie para desplazarnos. Muy lindo y muy cómodo. Recomendaría quedarse aquí siempre que pueda"

"This is an excellent 2 star hotel. The owners and staff are very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is breads, cheese meats, cereal, boiled eggs, donuts, juice... and they pack you a bag if you leave early. We asked for a fan to supplement the AC which was fine. Location is excellent. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Courtyard for smokers. Flamenco show in building attached. I agree with Rick Steves and recommend this place."

"We were affected by the UK air traffic control glitch. The receptionist (Inez) could not have been more reassuring that our room would be held. To aid us in our compensation claim they provided a formal document stating we had missed 2 Ishtar of our pre-paid stay - thank you. On arrival the receptionist planned us a route to walk to get our orientation to the area, circling the “must - do’s” in our limited time left. Everything she showed us we found and thoroughly enjoyed. We will definitely be back. Great position, quiet at night and lovely people."
