"We had a great time here. We enjoyed the wonderful, made-to-order breakfast each morning with great views. We took the kayaks out on the water. The pool was cool and refreshing. Our room had great a/c and a comfortable bed."

"Love this place . Epic views , jump into cenote Esmeralda right off the dock . Take a boat tour from the friendly staff that operates via the same dock . Sunrise and moonrise over the lake was incredible and worth setting alarms for . A/C worked well and maids cleaned the room sparkly clean . Building is old so there are parts where tiles are loose but that comes with the territory being oldest hotel on the lake. Overall it was an incredible stay and a hard place to leave. I hope to return but we will have to get the private cabin that doesn’t have a drop off the porch as we will be returning with a toddler next trip ."
