VILLA MUSSET

This delightful Ibizan-style house, surrounded by lush fruit trees, offers a retreat just seven minutes from the vibrant centre of Ibiza Town. Its traditional charm and modern comforts make it a perfect retreat for families or small groups.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The house is thoughtfully arranged over two floors. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, two with double beds, including one with an en-suite bathroom and shower, and one with two single beds. A separate bathroom with bathtub completes these rooms. The fully equipped kitchen with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine leads into an inviting living/dining area with TV and direct access to the outside.

On the first floor there is a quiet bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. From here you can step out onto the terrace and enjoy breathtaking views of the countryside from a luxurious Balinese bed.

Outside, the villa really shines. A shaded veranda with an outdoor dining area, wood-burning oven and charcoal barbecue sets the scene for al fresco dining. The sparkling pool, surrounded by sun loungers, invites you to relax, while private parking for two cars provides convenience.
