Alua soul in es cana ibiza is a truly lovely hotel, good modern facilities, infinity pool ect but it also backs it up with a good selection of tasty fresh cooked food and friendly welcoming staff, we were there in april so not all the facilities were up and running but there was still more rhan enough to keep us occupied plus i had one of the best back massages ive ever had she got every knot out of my back and neck! Will definitely be back x

Property was beautiful and the most of the staff were very welcoming and were truly helpful in making our trip an amazing adventure. Particularly Tomasz and Jazmin were extremely helpful in making our trip a memorable one. Could not have asked for a better place to lay my head down in Ibiza. Only thing that I found odd is that the All-inclusive that you pay for is only offered certain hours of the day which threw me off because everywhere in Central America and the Caribbean All-Inclusive is from the moment you check in until you check-out. But other than that food was amazing, rooms were nice and clean, and the views were picture perfect.

The staff make this hotel. So cheery and helpful in all areas. The half board option is great. The buffet is varied and really yummy. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We paid extra for all incl drinks so we could have unlimited water and wine and it was good value. Breakfast was vast too. We had a bit of a shabby room which really needs a refurb (2109). It had a separate wet room/disabled bars and the sink needed straightening and fixing. The bathroom definitely needed at least painting. Air conditioning was a bit lack lustre and not cooling very well so room was too warm. Having said this, we had a very comfy bed and a view over the pool area so we managed and i think the other rooms are quite nice (from what i could see peeking in). Pool area was nice and you can get towels for sunbeds. We would stay here again although I'm not aure my waistline could take it!

It’s beautiful to the eye and very relaxing. The pool areas are lovely but the staff on reception need to be a bit more pleasant and the food is poor for a 4 star. If they got the food and running of the restaurant sorted it would be amazing.

Great Ibizan base. A well appointed hotel in the bay of Es Canar. Three pools, a spa and fitness centre. A pleasant dining area with views of the bay and a nice patio area. Food choices are good as is the quality. Hotel staff are excellent. Super friendly and helpful. A hotel I’d be happy to return to.

The hotel is very modern. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sun loungers. Food was nice, something for everyone. The only comment is the pool closes at 6 which seemed a bit early when the sun was still very high and hot. 7pm would probably be better. The room with a view of the sea was lovely.

We came on a girls trip and had a fantastic time. Rooms were clean and room service was great; sea view balcony views were exceptional. Pool was perfect, drinks were always available. Walking to multiple dining options, taxis, shops, and the beach. Resort food was decent, we enjoyed the breakfast and lunch. Our only wish was that there was late night dining available during late night hours. However everything else was perfect and we will be back!

Great location. Amazing staff

Friendly, attentive and hard working staff. Modern, simple decor. Lovely pool atmosphere with some evening entertainment. Large variety of food (you just need to choose different options) pizza, spaghetti, fish, vegetarian, salads etc. Great location, but some early hour noise from party goers if you have a sea view room. However sea view is amazing.

Such a Treat!

Super clean, incredibly helpful staff, super efficient and friendly - gave me lots of extra pillows on arrival on request. Valentina the events organiser was absolutely amazing at her job making everyone feel so welcome, so warm and friendly, and that nothing was too much trouble. She made our stay ‘super special’ with activities ranging from table tennis & water aerobics, The food was Amazing -fresh, diverse menus, lovely environment, very welcoming. Would have been great to have had water available at the evening meal. A few inconsiderate guests played their own music very loud around the pool and there was a particularly noisy, high spirited, drunk guy. This holiday destination is an absolute gem! A real treat! - made to feel so welcome & super Special! Thank you so much! x

Initially the staff tried to pull a fast one by putting us in a different room smaller than the one we had booked saying because we booked via Expedia it’s the room we booked. But after a bit of back and forth we were given the right room and everything went smoothly. The pool view is a lot nicer and quieter than the sea view although the sea view is prettier in the morning. We chose the all-inclusive option and it was the best option

On the outside, the hotel looks beautiful, a clean white resort with lovely grounds and a nice pool. The real highlight, however, is the staff. Jasmine at reception was absolutely wonderful and a huge credit to the hotel. The bar staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, despite the nice exterior and great service, there are a lot of flaws that really let the experience down: • Drinks: Cocktails were mostly ice and sugary syrups. Even though we were on the all-inclusive plan, many drinks like ginger ale and bottled water weren’t included, which felt frustrating especially when you have to walk to the supermarket for basics like water. It really defeats the purpose of going all-inclusive. • Food: Very disappointing. It was often cold, unimaginative, tasteless, and extremely repetitive. Sometimes food appeared hot on the outside but was still frozen inside, like it hadn’t been properly heated through. We ended up paying extra for nachos at the bar just to have something decent to eat again, defeating the point of all-inclusive. • Room issues: We only received one bottle of water in our room even though there were two of us, and the espresso pods were never refilled. The shower head also didn’t work properly, which was another letdown. Would I return? Probably, simply because it’s likely the best option in the area. The resort has good enough facilities and lovely staff, but next time, I wouldn’t bother with the all-inclusive. I’d rather eat out to get de
