"Great location. Wasy beach access. My room was basic but clean and functional. Nice comfortable bed. Internet access was good. The all inclusive food was amazing. So much choice!!! I looked forward to all mealtimes. The drinks were also very good. Friendly staff too. I would definitely return. "

"Was great, my only thing was only cocktails on all inclusive were the pre made ones and they did not taste great! Also night entertainment finished early if it was on at all as didn’t see any when I was there but I only had long weekend. Wished snacks were available a little later too! Staff were lovely, rooms cleaned daily and pool area immaculate. Location is great and breakfast had plenty of choice though did feel dinner could’ve had better hot option. Overall though loved the holiday and would definitely return!"

"The Grupotel was easily the best choice of hotel for us as a couple: quiet, but close to town, chilled but had things to do and didn’t feel very very busy. The pool and surrounds is very nice and comfortable with sun loungers all around. Only one day(of 7) was there an issue with people “reserving” beds with towels but not appearing for the entire day. The walk to town which is mentioned in lots of reviews is actually a short step into town. "

"The good: It’s a beautiful resort, so tastefully appointed. Service is very good, everyone is very attentive. Buffet breakfast is great - loads of options. Free entry to Pacha and the Destino party is a bonus. Free parking. Great hairdryer in the room. Comfortable beds. The bad: poor communication at check-in. We had half-board, which means breakfast and dinner is included but we weren’t told this. We didn’t find it out until halfway through the stay. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room everyday. We weren’t told that the cans of water in the room were complimentary. We were told we needed to reserve beds by the pool in advance, which we did but when we turned up, there was no booking. I wound still stay here again though, now that I have all the details figured out."
