The villa is located in S'Argamassa, in the northeast of the island, very close to the town of Santa Euália and the hippy market of Punta Arabí. This area is known for its small and quiet sandy beaches and its beautiful coast formed by small cliffs of red rocks. The house is located on the seafront, very close to the Santa Eulalia marina, where you can enjoy a wide variety of shops and restaurants.
