"I had a very disappointing experience at Pearl on the Concho. The room was honestly disgusting. The bathtub wouldn’t drain, they had the A/C condensation line draining directly into the shower with a wet paper towel stuck on the end. It looked completely unprofessional and unsanitary. On top of that, the noise level was unbearable. You could hear everything especially loud music coming from the atrium which made it impossible to relax. The overall environment did not feel safe or comfortable at all. We ended up leaving after only one hour and went to another hotel because it was that bad. To make matters worse, they refused to give us a refund and instead offered to move us to an outside entrance room which made me feel even less safe. There was also a homeless encampment along the river nearby, which added to the discomfort. This hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. I would not recommend staying here."

"The room was smelly and the property was trash beer cans all over where I had to walk and the hot tub was broken had it covered up it was just bad. I did not stay."

"Beautiful space located near many historical points of interest in San Angelo. The unit is comfortably furnished with spacious bedrooms and living area. The property is a short 8 minute walk to historic Concho Ave and directly across the street from the Railway Museum. If you love artwork, this space is decorated with a number of vibrant, colorful, original pieces. Jim is a great host and very accommodating. Highly recommend!!"

The location is ideal to downtown with an 8 minute walk to historic Concho Ave. The living area and bedrooms are spacious with modern touches and cool artwork. Brian is responsive to questions and concerns. Highly recommend!!"
