Walk outside into the heart of Santa Fe surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries, historic churches, museums and more. On Marcy Street you will find some of Santa Fe's best retail stores and restaurants. Tres Colores (Mexican) is on the ground floor of the building on the block are award-winning restaurants La Boca and Horno. Grab cocktails and appetizers at the beautiful Los Poblanos Bar North half a block away. These are just a FEW of the MANY restaurants in the area.

This location is as good as it gets for getting around the historic downtown. You can walk everywhere. If you don't want to walk and are without a car Uber/Lyft or the Santa Fe City Transit bus are also options.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire apartment.

ENTRY: Enjoy the convenience and security of self check-in via a keypad.
LOCATION: The unit is located on the 2nd floor of a commercial building one block from the historic plaza.
ACCESSIBILITY: The apartment is easily accessible via an elevator.
PARKING: Parking is in the covered City of Santa Fe Convention Center half a block away.

Downtown Noise: Please note that due to the apartment's prime location in the heart of downtown, you may experience some street activity and noise, particularly in the evenings, depending on the day of the week and time of year.

We loved our stay at the Santa Fe Historic Plaza. Home had all of the amentities we need and a parking spot in a garage. Close to lots of amentities in the plaza.

Great Santa Fe Condo

The Condo was very nice with a comfortable King size bed, roomy living area, and functional kitchenette -- microwave and toaster, but no dishwasher.Just two blocks to the town center square, and wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance. There also a free shuttle bus that goes up Canyon road to art galleries.

Great visit in Santa Fe!

We enjoyed the hiking, opera, window shopping and restaurants in the area. We will return for sure! The condo is perfect for two people. It’s nicely appointed and beautifully decorated too. Contemporary meets southwestern. Paul was very responsive and helpful especially during our move-in. There isn’t a stove top just a microwave but we made it work as we didn’t have time to cook at home anyway.

This is a beautiful, perfectly sized place for a couple. It was right in the heart of the Indian Market with stellar restaurants and galleries nearby. The room was spacious with dedicated areas for lounging, dining, office, and bedroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property, great communication

This is a really great place. Comfortable, fun decor with a little "old school" taste mixed with beautiful new upgrades. Paul was fantastic, he communicated all details about the property, check-in, check-out, wanted to make sure we knew we could reach out if needed. He also gave me some great recommendations for restaurants and activities. The location is prime, right on the "Plaza" within walking distance from restaurants, museums, shops, etc. You're provided with a pass for parking in a local garage which was also fantastic, street parking in that area is crazy. Perfect getaway for my husband and I. Thank you so much!

While we have stayed in Santa Fe before, the location of Paul’s place is impeccable. All of the main attractions are within walking distance. The food recommendations were fabulous. Great location and 5+ for walkability to the Plaza, restaurants, shops, churches & Canyon Road to visit all the art galleries. Nice comfortable space. Happy to have a garage space just a couple blocks away since parking is so tight. Printer was a plus for work. Highly recommend this vrbo and will book when we are back in Santa Fe. Owner is very friendly, responds back quickly and takes care of any items. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed two nights while visiting Taos. Our interests were in checking out The Plaza, the IAIA museum, our friend's gallery and visiting some new (to us) restaurants and watering holes. The place is wonderfully convenient to everything any visitor might want to do in the Plaza area; and the hosts provided us with a meticulously detailed set of recommended places to eat, things to do and places to visit. We appreciated that.The loft is exactly as described in the listing. It's well-appointed, from the artwork to the furniture and kitchenette area, it's a perfect place to enjoy some down time after a busy day in Santa Fe. The little fridge is perfect for beverages and leftovers. The bed was oh-so comfortable and the hosts thought of everything: an iron, small fan, luggage stand, coffee maker.The directions to the loft itself and the parking are a little tricky to navigate given the density of "stuff" in the neighborhood; however, the hosts provide clearly detailed instructions (both via email/the app and in print, once you're in the loft).The hosts did an exceptional job of providing all the information and suggestions we needed to have a wonderful stay.
