Charming Casita in Seton Village

Welcome to your peaceful Santa Fe retreat! This charming studio casita is tucked away in the quiet, historic community of Seton Village — just 10 minutes from downtown, yet surrounded by nature, light, and calm.

Step outside and enjoy the open sky, mature trees, and quiet surroundings. Whether you're here to explore Santa Fe's galleries and restaurants, hike nearby trails, or simply recharge, this casita offers a beautiful blend of privacy, charm, and accessibility.

This is a private studio suite located in the lower level of our guest house — a cozy, in-law-style space with its own separate entrance. You'll have the entire studio to yourself, including a full private bathroom, a comfortable sleeping area, and a kitchenette for light cooking.

While the guest house is shared overall, the studio is fully private — no common areas. My brother lives upstairs, but your space has its own entrance and is not shared in any way.

Our main home is on the same property, where my family lives with our kids, dogs, cat, and a few friendly chickens roaming the land. The casita is tucked into a quiet area, so you’ll still have plenty of privacy and peace, but we’re close by if you need anything during your stay.

Guests have private access to the studio suite and their own entrance for independent check-in and full privacy throughout their stay.

There will be a designated guest parking spot clearly marked when you arrive on the property, so parking is easy and convenient.

You're welcome to walk and explore the 5-acre property — it’s a peaceful space with natural beauty all around. A walking and bike path is just down the road off Nine Mile Road, perfect for stretching your legs or catching a sunset.

You’ll likely spot a family of deer, rabbits, and squirrels that regularly visit the land. And speaking of sunsets — they’re absolutely stunning here. Feel free to unwind outside and enjoy the wide-open New Mexico sky.
