SUMMARY

Encantada nestles in Santa Fe’s coveted North Side, just .6 miles or a 10-minute walk from the Plaza. With direct access to Santa Fe’s Historic Plaza, dining, art galleries, and local coffee houses, you will be perfectly positioned to explore our wonderful city. The excellent location of this luxury vacation rental is just the beginning.



LIVING AREA, KITCHEN AND DINING

As you enter you will be greeted by a unique curved stairway. The dining area has an open wall to the newly remodeled “chef's” kitchen, which is generously appointed with elegant cabinetry and a brand cooking island. Upstairs and downstairs both have a living room with a fireplace, elegant hardwood floors, and ceiling beams. Additional amenities include; a separate laundry room, a two-car attached garage, ample off street parking, two upstairs balconies providing classic Santa Fe views, rear yard with covered patio and large outdoor table for dining.



With queen sleeper sofas in both living rooms, Encantada is perfect for up 12, or a couple wanting just the best in a Santa Fe experience with an excellent location and a quality home to stay in.

This beautifully remodeled home features almost 4,000 square feet of authentic Santa Fe ambiance and luxurious living, with 4 bedrooms (3 with private bathrooms) and 4.5 bathrooms in total.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The property is pet-friendly and has a fully enclosed yard. Encantada feels like staying at a good friend’s home and not a simple rental.

PLEASE NOTE:

- One of the bedrooms has two single beds that can be made up into a king depending on what you would like. Please let us know at least a week before your stay how you would like that fourth bedroom made up.

- This home is dog-friendly (for stays shorter than 14 nights) with an additional $250 fee, however dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any pet hair found on the furniture may result in additional cleaning fees.

- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th.

Great location in Santa Fe

This is a nice house within walking distance of the Santa Fe square and access to great restaurants and shopping. The house is comfortable and better stocked than most rental homes. The only thing we would have liked was a better view, but that's hard to get when you are renting in town. One thing to keep in mind is that this house has numerous levels and steps, so it would be difficult for someone with less mobility.

Great Family Home in Santa Fe

This home was perfect for a family wedding weekend in Santa Fe. There was plenty of space for people to spread out. And every bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen had everything one would need for a weekend or a month stay! Two Casitas arranged for us to have two pack-n-plays for the children which helped tremendously. Check-in and out was a breeze and we really appreciated Two Casitas working with us for an early check-in and late check-out to accommodate the children's naps. We would highly recommend this house and Two Casitas.

This place has it all!

This house was perfect for two families with teenagers. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and enough bathrooms to suit the needs of teenage girls! The outdoor spaces and fire pit were lovely for mornings and evenings with a cup of coffee or glass of wine respectively. The kids enjoyed baking a pie in the kitchen with the apples they bought at the farmers market. The plaza was a short distance, and we honestly found it easier to walk most places then to have to find parking on a busy holiday weekend. We will definitely stay here again.

Great home. Great location.

We really enjoyed staying at this VRBO. Easy checkin. Clean. Well appointed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again if we stayed in Santa Fe. We really didn't care to watch television, but if that is your thing, be prepared to study and puzzle over the numerous controllers to try to figure out how they work.

Great and centrally located

All was wonderful. The only thing the bedroom on the upstairs with no bathroom, the bed was too short, other than that we had an amazing time beautiful house and views! Walking distance from the center which was great!

Perfect in every way (Almost)

Everything ws delightful! The kitchen as ample enough tot make a Thanksgiving Feast for 14, everyone was comfortable, the location was great and uber convenient and the house looks jut like it is pictured. The only thing that as a bit odd was it was hard to adjust the temperature in the rooms and living space to be totally comfortable. Not a big deal, but a lot of us sweated at night.I am sure it is easily fixed.

Strongly Recommend This Southwestern Santa Fe Sanctuary

We had a wonderful weekend in Santa Fe at Two Casitas. From the moment we walked in the door, we were so impressed with this beautiful home. We loved the Southwestern decorations, the well-stocked kitchen, and the layout of the house. The team at Two Casitas made everything so easy. Parking was a dream and downtown a short walk away. It was a dream booking and we are so grateful for a wonderful stay.

Excellent house, very nice

We rented the house with another family to make a total of four adults and five kids. This house was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone, great kitchen, and separate seating areas for everyone to have some space. We would definitely rent this house again if we return to Santa Fe.

Lovely place with lots of room. Kitchen with everything you need to enjoy cooking and eating in. Great lounging spaces up and down. Perfect location with the ability to walk almost everywhere.

Great location, perfect size

This property could work for a variety of groups. It was convenient to the center of town without having to be in the bustle all of the time. The home is stocked with everything one would need in terms of pots, pans, coffee maker, place settings and basic pantry items (salt, pepper, olive oil, etc.) Plenty if bedrooms, bathrooms, comfortable gathering spaces. Fall weather didn’t allow us to take advantage of many lovely outside seating spaces.
