This beautiful fully furnished home is filled with Santa Fe charm. From its vigas, kiva fireplaces, and stone flooring; it is the perfect setting to relax and recharge. After a full day of hiking the near by Dale Balls trail system, hitting museums, or shopping, unwind under the shade of the large pergola within the inclosed patio. The kitchen is appointed with a gas range and dishwasher; it opens up to the cozy living space so you will not miss a minute of the action. Central air-conditioning in main house, as well as a portable A/C unit in the casita cool off the warm summer months. Washer and dryer included. Two bedrooms and baths are in the main home, and 1 bed and bath are located within the equally charming casita, complete with brick flooring, spacious bathroom, mini kitchen and vigas. You will love this friendly quaint neighborhood.
