Loved this hotel!! Peaceful, comfortable, amazing artwork, great food, great service, very friendly staff, free shuttle, beautiful setting inside and out. Easy parking. Great live music, complimentary early morning yoga, hot tube. Beautiful spa and excellent massage therapy by Rosa. Just wish the pool had been open and the hotel room needed a min frig. Other than that, I highly recommend!!

One reason I booked this hotel was for the swimming pool and hot tub plus it also offers spa with treatments. The swimming pool was not OPEN and the hot tub was small with water temperature only warm. The adjacent pool water was dirty and chaises stacked haphazardly plus the concrete decking is crumbling. The water dispenser in this area had black mold coming out of the spout into your glass! Front desk staff did not offer complementary water at checkin OR tell us where coffee / tea service was available since it’s not in your room. Paying an additional “resort” fee without any explanation of what amenities are included with this fee. They must offer a shuttle bus but never told us about any option to use it. I’m assuming the resort fee is parking rate at $18 per day. Rooms are small and lighting is poor. Overall this property is showing its age and not a particularly good value for the price of a room. I would not book this property again - very disappointed and underwhelmed with their amenities.

The hotel is quite lovely. Our room was nice and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The restaurant was ok and staff were great. Pool was closed unfortunately and there was a bit of construction in our wing of the hotel. The gym is small and very adequate - got a great workout there! The shuttle service around town is brilliant!

Such a cute hotel with a New Mexico feel. Decor was natuve to the city and O truly enjoyed it. Room was spacious and clean and enjoyed the balcony and coffee station on our floor. Staff was really attentive. Bar was great too! Will stay here again and again!
