Front staff was very nice, hotel was clean, but our room was so hot that we couldn’t sleep. The lamp had a stain, and the electrical outlet was loose. The room was also very small for 300 dollars.

Simply lovely hotel just steps off the plaza. The staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. They have a wine tasting room and a separate bar. The bar staff were busy but still so friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our room and when there were people in the hallway talking loudly at 7am with one person even yelling, I texted the desk to request help and the group immediately stopped. We really enjoyed our stay celebrating our 20th anniversary and would definitely stay again!

The $30 incidental fee is ridiculous. You have to go to the offsite properties in order to use the gym the pool and the hot tub. They have a bar there, but there is no breakfast. I probably won't stay there again. The room was nice and clean and the front desk person was great.

most staff was friendly and helpful, especially gabriel. however one of the valets had a terrible attitude. there was no restaurant thus neither breakfast or dinner. the bar, which we liked including tender connor, offered no food whatsoever monday thru wednesday so we ended up at a competing hotel bar. the room was tiny, with a large heatpump noisily operating right outside of the one window. there was no desk/table. the bathroom consisted of a toilet and bathtub, the sink was in the bedroom. location of the hotel is great but due to above shortcoming we will not stay there again
