"The location was excellent, you can walk all over downtown and the plaza easily, the staff was superb, especially Sky, Mo, other the Bell hops, Valet, and check in- all employees were well trained and courteous. The rooms are beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Our only complaint here is that the rooms were warm and it was difficult to cool at night. The pool is fantastic and the bar and restaurants were as well. Our only complaint there was that the restaurants were closed two of the nights we stayed. A resort hotel should have food options beyond junk food/snacks every day. We went to the pizza place next door, and the service was horrible and the food mediocre. Overall fantastic stay! We plan to return in the future!"
