We loved our casita…centrally located and lovely. The casita is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We did find black bugs in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Online info was incorrect…it stated that blankets were not provided, so we packed some only to discover that they were in fact provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Halfway between the restaurants of Canyon Road and the Plaza, you can walk anywhere on the visitor map. The thick walls keep the house warm in winter and cool in summer. Roomy kitchen and a peaceful neighborhood. We would love to stay here again.

Communication was well done, everything was as advertised, or better! Arrival and departure information was easy to understand. Property was great , very comfortable and had everything we needed. The house was clean, well stocked and very comfortable for my husband and I. Our friends were unable to join us so it ended up being just us. It was a good thing since the house was much smaller than we anticipated. There were 2 very small bathrooms attached to each bedroom. Both bedrooms need dressers for clothing. I would also suggest the owners remove some of the large wooden chairs in the living room and bedroom. The exterior patio areas need updating with furniture, cushions and a covered area.

Everything was just as we had hoped for. There is an issue with parking. One car has a dedicated spot but a second car must park on the street which is 2 hr parking only. Very awkward and difficult if you are gone all day. The other issue is that in the smaller bedroom there is no place for a suitcase let alone 2 suitcases. We were dressing in the living room.

We really loved the location. Walking distance to Zozobra and art galleries. We spent an entire day just walking around. Its not a terrible walk to the plaza (I have a bad knee, so we drove to the plaza and railyards district). The bathrooms are small. My husband is a small giant, 6’4 290lbs. The shower in the 2nd bedroom was like a coffin for him, lol. But the other bathroom has a bathtub shower, so he was fine. The place has a private, gated patio area with all the creature comforts to cook and grill. (No foil or suran wrap, but everything else). There were even a few umbrellas for us to borrow when it rained. My 12 year old didn’t like that he didn’t have a TV in his room. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It was quaint and relaxing and just so charming.

Great location. Walking distance to Canyon Road and Plaza. Both bedrooms have en suite baths. A step down into living room if that is an issue for you. Very well appointed. Everything you need to cook in if preferred. Not a lot of space for non-refrigerated items. We stayed a week and made it work fine but there were only 2 of us. King bed very comfortable. Didn’t use queen bed. Nice area to sit outside and there are 2 grills. Only 1 parking space but some street parking. Lots of good sidewalks in neighborhood for walks. Would stay again.
