"We tried to check in , they were not available at the site, we ended up without a hotel that night, next morning, we asked expedia for refund since we didn’t stay at the hotel. Expedia was trying to communicate with the hotel for full or even partial refund. Yet, the hotel refused to request for the refund which basically they took our money without even accommodating our stays. "
"During Semana Santa, Montserrat should make sure they give rooms to their hotel’s customers as far away as possible from the bar where the restaurant’s customers party until 4 am! I was here to rest and sleep. It was possible from 4.30 am after the staff rearranged the bar and the annoying metallic chairs."
"We had an amazing stay. Liz at front desk was super nice, helpful and patient. She answered all our questions and made our stay super pleasant. If we ever go back, we would definitely stay there again."
