"Hotel Splendid La Torre is a hidden gem in Mondelo sitting prominently in plain sight. Amazing views of the sea sitting just outside the hustle and bustle of Mondello. The room was clean and updated. The pictures did NOT do the property justice. All of the grounds were beautiful and natural. The staff were all courteous and so very helpful, whether it was the front desk, the waitstaff, to even the pool attendants. This was truly a 4 star experience, and we regret that we only spent two days here. The pool was warm and easy access to the sea via a rock dock on the grounds. WiFi available throughout the property and the room AC felt amazing during the Sicilian heat wave. We are already planning another stay here. We cannot recommend La Torre enough. Please do not sleep on this hotel."
