The home is in a perfect ocean front location between Palermo and Cefalu. It’s located in a gated community and offers amazing views and lots privacy. Well appointed with everything you need. We were so happy with this home. It’s close to restaurants, a grocery store, bars, everything. Patrizia is a wonderful hostess! So warm and welcoming. She welcomed us with a delicious spaghetti dinner with appetizers. It was such a sweet and welcomed treat after traveling all day. I highly recommend this home. We’re already planning a return!"

"A group of seven of us stayed at the villa. It worked perfectly for all of us to have our own rooms and bathrooms! Lia, our host was amazing to work with and she helped us secure transportation and even helped with getting groceries delivered to the villa! She definitely went above and beyond. "Third floor covered porch with great view of mountains gave gave 3 adults, three children and a dog a cool breeze during the heat wave. Optional AC not needed. A large common garden was also available for relaxing after touring. Host on site had an phone with instant translation."

"The apartment was very clean and right on the water. It was truly beautiful. When we booked this apartment was not available, but we stayed in another spot in the same property. It was just as nice, though I question if it was a little smaller. The manager of the apartment was very kind and very attentive. Gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. The area of beach next to the apartment is beautiful, but the general location (outside of the apartment complex) is somewhat dirty. Trash litters the sidewalk, which is unfortunate. This speaks nothing to the actual apartment which was very clean. Parking was a little challenging in the beginning as this is a high traffic area, but was manageable. Having a car is helpful to get to fun activities in the area. There's really only 1 or 2 restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!"
