"The place was clean and the common bathrooms weee always refreshed. The staff is not there and everything is automatic, and there are not common areas. The surrounding areas are quiet, despite very close to city centre, and you have plenty of restaurants and shops. "

"Stayed for 3 nights for a local conference (CNR). I have limited Italian, but the staff were wonderful; very helpful and kind. breakfast was very good and very reasonably priced, and the room was clean and functional, and CNR was easily walkable (about 15 minutes gentle walk). There was a local supermarket within walking distance, as well as local restaurants. Very happy with my stay."

"La verdad el lugar estaba bien, la seguridad no tanto, eran puertas de madera muy vieja con un cerrojo, sumando de que se compartía baño y la gente no es que sea muy considerada con los demás, ya que no tiraban de la cadena y demás( todos problemas de convivencia) por otra parte ninguno de los propietarios estaba en la casa o en el hostal, se notaba mucha dejadez con la limpieza y no estaba todo limpio. Para solo dormir esta bien."

"I liked Gialel Pisa very much. The hotel is located on two floors of a condominium building, with an elevator, in the historical part of the downtown. It is surrounded by University of Pisa buildings and also on a main street leading to the Piazza del Duomo where all the major sites of Pisa are located. "This was the perfect place to stay in Pisa. It took us less than 15 minutes to walk into the city centre. The villa is beautiful, and our room was very big and clean. Probably the best place I’ve stayed in Italy. I wish we had stayed longer than one night"

"Quick easy walk from the airport. Able to be accessed in the wee hours of the morning after a late flight. Owner very communicative and easy to deal with. No air conditioner remote was in the room, but other than that everything was clean and comfortable."

"The pictures are deceiving the Inn is inside a big building. There is no parking space in this area at night and during the day you have to pay for street parking. Once you are inside the Inn is really homey. I enjoyed the bedding. Only complaint would be that I couldn't control the temperature in the room. I was hot in the morning and I couldn't open the window."

Not very good communication from host - was waiting outside the building for them to send self check in details. Not what you want affer travelling. "Lovely property. Felt a bit unsafe having to walk through a long underpass to get into town but it’s only a 10min walk so really convenient. Please make sure you have transfers sorted as there is no where to get or order a taxi from! "

"There is only street parking and you may have to pay if you don’t luck out and find free parking. You walk with your luggage to the apartment, we struggled to find the front door. No elevator so you have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. The room is small, but very comfortable and clean. "

"10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...

"the air condition is not working, so i need to open the window. i woke up by the sound of mosquitoes 3 times at night. and i got 4 bites on my face. a bit smell from the drain of the toilet. "
