"This a hotel has a friendly staff, convenient location great shopping malls with plenty of restaurants there also the two restaurants in the hotel are exceptional top-notch there’s an international chef that prepares the meals at the restaurant upstairs. The downstairs restaurant is good as well. This is a must stay in hotel when visiting Columbia. Also the staff was very helpful when I had a problem booking thank you very much for your hospitality and help. your favorite guest. 😁"

"Staff was very helpful and hospitable. They helped me out and provided guidance throughout the stay. Hotel was clean and lots of options were nearby including Provenza which was 10 minutes walk. Also, Breakfast was great. I might have misunderstood that the shuttle service was paid service. Other than that, it was a great stay."
