"The staff is wonderful and some of the best in person customer service you will see in Brazilian hospitality. The food is great as well activities for kids. Pool service is fast and efficient. But rooms need upgrading and towels are super thin. "

"Friendly staff, great housekeeping, excellent location, pretty new so rooms are in great condition. Rooms are tiny for two people, no room service. It's more of an officetel than a hotel. Essential twin room was located in higher floors - luminous with a nice view, the extra room was located on the 2nd floor blocking any light even though with a balcony. Balcony had no view and was covered by high walls. The downgraded room was preferable in this case, with no balcony. Good hotel overall."
