This holiday home in Can Picafort with private pool is just an 11-minute walk from the sandy beach of Can Picafort. Equipped for 6 people, Casa Jordi offers everything you need for a relaxing and restful holiday in Mallorca.
In the spacious outdoor area you can enjoy the Mallorcan sun, thanks to the large saltwater pool 3m x 5m with sun loungers and a table with space for 6 people, where you can enjoy a delicious outdoor barbecue.

The spacious and bright living-dining room is equipped with a comfortable sofa that invites you to relax, satellite TV where you can receive channels in different languages, air conditioning and a large table with special charm for 6 people. The living-dining room is directly connected to the kitchen, which is fully equipped for culinary moments. You can also access the terrace through the kitchen.
All rooms are equipped with quality mattresses and air conditioning for your comfort. In total there are 3 bedrooms, two of which are on the first floor with a balcony and one room on the ground floor next to the dining room. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the other has two single beds. The house also has a total of 3 bathrooms, two of which are en suite.

This house has an unbeatable location in a quiet area, just a few minutes from supermarkets, shops, restaurants and the fantastic beach of Can Picafort, known for its white sand and crystal clear waters.

Ruhige Lage, toller Außenbereich. Sehr sauber. Zwei große helle Zimmer und Badezimmer. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss sind okay. Schöner Wohn-Essbereich. Die Fenster lassen sich leider nicht alle verriegeln. Daher muss man wenn man das Haus verlässt fast alle Fensterläden verschließen.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat genug Platz für 6 Personen. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wurde zwischendurch sogar nochmal gereinigt. Dies erfolgte durch einen sehr netten Mann. Die Kommunikation erfolgte unkompliziert durch WhatsApp. Die ganze Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und wir können die Casa Jodi nur weiter empfehlen. Die Lage war der absolute Hammer,denn es war sehr ruhig und 10 min. von der Strandpromenade entfernt,die das völlige Gegenteil war. Dort konnte man tagsüber baden und shoppen und abends lecker essen. Auswahl ist definitiv vorhanden.
