"Great location, very close to the centre but also very quiet. Beautiful building and the room was spacious and nicely fitted out. However, it was located at the end of the corridor in the staff area which was quite noisy early in the morning.
Breakfast was included in our booking but disappointing with two of the items I’d have liked to order being unavailable and others offered at a high additional charge (€7 euro for an omelette).
Staff were okay but could have been more welcoming and...

"We had an anazing time at the Hotel, the breakfast was the best one so far during our trip in Italy! The hot tub in the room was a blast! The kids really enjoyed! I would love to have had a faster check in, we had to wait a long time after a long trip, but I would still give 5 stars due to everything else being incredibly amazing!"

"My room faced the back side of the hotel...Had a very small ocean view from a corner of the balcony. The room was very small but clean and slept on a single bed. The SPA/Gym area and pool were all nice with views of the bacy from every corner. The restaurant was very good and also with lots of local options. Very walkable from main attractions in Santa Margherita."
