We had a great stay in the penthouse suite! The room offered views of the palm trees in front of the property which was relaxing. The location was perfect as it is steps away from the beach and all the restaurants in the area. We recommend this place if you want a relaxing place to stay, away from the noise, but close enough to all the action!

Very clean, well maintained property. Personalized service from a very friendly staff. Steps from the beach, cafes close by. Taxi service was readily available for Zicatela Beach and La Punta locations. Air conditioned bedrooms upstairs with a nice, private plunge pool. We received a very helpful list of recommended local restaurants and establishments. The manager was quick to respond via WhatsApp if we needed anything. We enjoyed our stay here!

It's a quiet little hotel in a very noisy beach town. No TV, good AC. Good curtains to block both noise and lights when we need to rest. Sparkling pool. You fix your own coffee, there is a common use kitchen with essentials to store, fix your own eating habits, clean after you use any utensils.

Everyone is so kind and the property is beautiful. The location is perfect!

Very friendly staff! Especially Diego and stefania ! They were very helpful !

Road was flooded it, it needs improvement

This was a perfect place to stay

such a great place to stay! felt very welcomed since i stayed there! AC WORKS SOOOOO GOOD, and just a couple blocks from the beach! very quiet and relaxing place to stay at, love every bit of it (very safe to walk as a girl at night)

The property was beautiful and so tastefully decorated! We appreciated the balcony, hammock, shower, and comfortable bed. Property was very secure, staff very helpful and friendly!

love this place I will be coming back soon.the staff is so helpful and friendly

The rooms are cozy and have a great vibe, making it easy to settle in and relax. We loved the short walk to the beach. The breakfast here was by far the best in Puerto Escondido—fresh, flavorful, and the perfect start to each day. The staff is friendly and makes everything feel effortless, from check-in to local tips. It’s a hidden gem for anyone wanting a chill getaway with easy beach access.

The hotel was very nice, the staff was very friendly, room was clean.

This was our first stay at Kymaia, and we were blown away from the moment we arrived. The staff welcomed us with such warmth and care, and the little touches—like refreshing popsicles on a hot day—immediately set the tone. The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for truly unwinding. Our room was absolutely breathtaking—open, minimal, and thoughtfully designed with unique details throughout. It felt like a space intentionally created to help you disconnect from the outside world. The shower...

The best service I’ve ever had in a hotel - anywhere. My husband and I arrived sick - they literally walked us to our room, called doctors, brought us water and bread (the only thing we could keep down), and frequently checked on us. We healed quickly with their help. Another plus - individually controlled AC. We were able to have a very cold room to heal and relax in. Also get the rooftop massages, book in advance.

Casa Marisa has an excellent location very close to the main street of La Punta where are several restaurants, dining options and bars though the street where it is located is very quiet and tranquil. The building is completely new therefore everything is fresh, all accessories are new to use and has rooms with AC, very fresh and comfortable bed. Big terrace for our room and an amazing pool with sunbeds we could use anytime. Concierge service 24 hrs that can handle any issues or even give extra...

Luca the bartender is the best, great place to stay

Omg entire staff very welcoming. Super nice staff. Highly recommend this place. It’s away from the city very private area. They really take care of you

The staff & ownership of Casa Joseph clearly put a lot of thought, energy, and care into this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here - the food was absolutely delicious (and generally reasonably priced), especially the breakfast. I would say the overall vibe is relaxation, so not too many amenities outside of a nice wading pool, yoga, spa services. They had live music every night. Front desk staff can help you arrange activities with outside vendors. Rooms were really comfortable with great...
