Good location but there is a disco bar nearby, open just 4 months ago, and the music is very loud from 10 to 2 am. They warn you when you check in . There is no TV, the breakfast is average. The workers are very friendly, room was very clean.

Beautiful property with ocean view rooms and hammocks in the balcony. Unfortunately the nights were pretty loud due to the Karaoke bar in front of the hotel.

Budget hotel in Zicatela. It was a great stay

Hotel in a great, safe, very commercial area just across from Zicatela beach. This beach is mainly for surfers because of high waves, but it is a short walk from the main beach which is good for swimming. The hotel is nice, but it needs some maintenance here and there and some deep cleaning, but we had a very nice stay. The pool is very good and service is also great. Breakfast was also great. Parking is a very nice plus. We would stay there again

The hotel is well located and clean. The problem is the staff. The receptionist (a guy in the afternoon) was very disrespectful and dishonest. My group of tourists arrived at the hotel in the evening, already tired from the trip. The receptionist made my group pay for an extra room unnecessarily. The reservation was already made and paid for. When I spoke on the phone with the receptionist, he was dishonest, rude, and racist. He did not have the courtesy to apologize to my group. A regrettable situation.

Affordable no frills in a good location if you want to be close to the action. The staff was the brightest spot of my stay. It’s a cute, charming property but the rooms, especially the bathrooms could use some updating.

The staff were attentive when there was water on the floor by the refrigerator. The room was clean but dated. (Bedsheets for curtains!?). The noise level on the street outside the hotel was unbearably loud all night long.

El Hotel es muy tranquilo, sin bullició, la habitación es amplia pero los colchones si los sentí duros, la alberca limpia con agua tibia, excelente por el calor que hace, los camastros muy comodos y en general el área de la alberca es muy bonita y relajante. Los desayunos son sencillos pero completos, siempre huevos cocinados de diferente forma pero ricos, incluyen café, pan, mantequilla, mermelada, salsa, tortillas, la atención de Chano súper buena, muy amigable y atento, me dio muchos tips de la zona. Lo que no me gustó fue que falta un poco de personal para que barran los pasillos de los jardines para que se vea más limpió, estaría bien iluminar más el hotel para que resalte y se vea más bonito, su aspecto es un tanto deteriorado, si le hace falta una remodelada, pero cuidando algunos detalles se vería mucho mejor porque esta en una excelente zona, la playa esta en frente y es súper amplia, espectácular y muy impresionante, desde el restaurant tiene una maravillosa vista. Otro aspecto a considerar es que si hay mucho ruido de música en la noche y si es molesto, sería bueno que el hotel regalara tapones para los oidos y poder dormir mejor, o bien, llevar unos por si acaso.

Trocamos de quarto pois o nosso primeiro tinha um odor fortíssimo de esgoto, mas só conseguimos fazer isso no dia seguinte porque após 10:30 pm o único funcionário disponível no hotel inteiro era o segurança da portaria. O café da manhã é simples, mas é bom, mas vc não pode repetir nada, achei isso curioso
