"So we went here for a getaway during our stay in Brazil. When we arrived found out that no one speaks english which website makes it sound like there is staff thag does. The room we booked was also right above the kids center which was very loud even till 10pm. It was also the off season so there was an incredible amount of construction going on around during the day right close to our room. The staff was excellent though. Very helpful and accommodating. The food was much the same each day. This place is great for families with young kids. "

"The properties family team was very friendly and accommodated our needs. Their outdoor grilled breakfast is a delicious experience. We were welcome to pick oranges and avocados and another fruit on the property for our consumption. The views of the mountains were wonderful."
