"The apartment is located 100 meter from the coast. It is close to grocery shops and other shops and restaurants. The beach is wide open for children and adults. There are places to visit along the coast and San Marino and other interesting towns like Urbino. With a big garage with room for two cars it is ideal for travel. "The property is on the 3rd floor. No elevator, so if you’re older, it may present a problem. Even so, it is a BEAUTIFUL place. Very modern, looks new, and AMAZING view! So close to the beach (1 block), plenty of restaurants, things for kids to do (multiple play parks). Very friendly area. Parking is provided for free. Will surely stay there again."

"Die Wohnung ist etwas älter, aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet (außer Wasserkocher). In der Wohnung gibt es in beiden Zimmern eine Klimaanlage. Strand: Wir haben immer einen eigenen großen Sonnenschirm und eine große Stranddecke, die wir aber nicht benutzen dürften, da die Strände privat sind und nur gegen Bezahlung für Liegen mit Sonnenschirmen benutzt werden dürfen. 22 € pro Tag im letzten Bereich. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Urlaub mit vielen Ausflügen."

"Pour nos premières vacances en Italie nous cherchions un lieu tranquille loin de l'agitation des grandes villes. Petrella Guidi est l'endroit idéal. Le village est magnifique et le gîte exceptionnel, surtout la salle de bain. Les chambres étant à l'étage inférieur, la température était de maximum 25C°, alors qu'à l'extérieur il faisait 40C°. On aurait apprécié : - des moustiquaires aux fenêtres des chambres - quelques ustenciles qui manquaients dans la cuisine - un micro-ondes - un ventilateur...

"Das Hotel liegt in einer einer Seitenstraße keine Minute vom Meer entfernt. Ich war mit meiner Schwester, meinen Neffen und Hund dort. Wir sind sehr freundlich ergangen worden. Wir waren wegen Stau 17 std unterwegs und mein Neffe hatte bei der Ankunft Migräne und das Personal hat sofort Eis für den Kopf geholt und war hoch gelaufen um die Klimaanlage zu starten. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und hatten einen integrierten Staubsauger zum saugen da für das Apartment keine Reinigung vorgesehen war....

"This apartment is lovely to have as a base whilst exploring Rimini. It is on the first floor up one flight of stairs. It is super clean, bright, well equipped and comfortable ( apart from the bed which we found to be very hard. Angela has said she will put a mattress topper on to improve this) It is in a great location. It is somewhere we would go back to. We didn't meet Angela but she communicated well with us and we felt welcomed( a nice bottle of wine to greet us) and cared about."
