This historic property dates back to 1600 as a Benedictine monks' residence, spanning 1200 sqm. In the early 1800s, a Sicilian noble transformed it into a civil residence. The structure features 3 rooms, with Red and Green rooms sharing a beautiful terrace covered by natural fabrics for relaxing days, while the Yellow room has private entrance and separate access.



Street parking is available. Pets are permitted in Red and Green rooms only. Events are not allowed. The hosts live onsite but not in your rental. Airport shuttle, train station shuttle, car rental, and cleaning service are available for an extra fee. 2 bikes are provided. Public transportation connects to various points in eastern Sicily. Please observe quiet hours from 2 pm to 4 pm and after 10:30 pm.
