She knew we were a bit nervous of our room not being ready or not being in the right place, and she ensured it was ready for us and the right room and she greeted us with open arms. "There is a small pantry for shopping small items needed as well as last minute food options. This is the only hotel I will continue to stay at while in Santa Maria. The staff is very helpful regardless of what time of day it is. They greet you upon entry and acknowledge you when you leave. For added safety, food deliveries are taken downstairs which is great. I recommend higher floors only because heavy steppers will carry. I forgot my coat and they shipped it out to me immediately when I called. "
