There were a lots of beetles all over the property. Alive inside our room and dead outside squashed because ppl walked over them and staff wouldn’t clean it or do anything to maintain a good appearance. Escogí este lugar por la experiencia que tuve en Cancún, pero no me gustó, instalaciones viejas, literal se nos cayó un pedazo de techo en la estancia, había cucarachas, el cuarto olía a humedad, los meseros no son tan atentos, la comida es regular. No te hacen sentir como en casa para nadaaaaa. Cuando vuelva a Huatulco buscaré otras opciones, supongo que se puede encontrar una mejor experiencia y a menor precio que este, ya que no lo vale y no regresaría.

We had a great time at this property. Everything is centrally located and easily accessible. Staff was great. There were a couple annoyances like being solicited to right after I checked in. That was tacky! Also being followed back to my room to pay for a dinner because I had to pay immediately after for any additional services or charges. That’s why hotels collect credit cards but these folks don’t do that, other than that this was our favorite and #1 rated hotel in Huatulco. Las Rivas was 2 and Secrets came in at 3

El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, la playa es privada y tiene un área muy hermosa en la que puedes nadar. Las instalaciones se encuentran limpias y el personal es muy atento. La comida y bebidas tienen puntos de mejora. Sin duda es un factor importante para que tomen en cuenta.

Todo muy bien, una buena experiencia como siempre si algo tendría es que algunas zonas del hotel parecen desactualizado pero de ahí en fuera sigue siendo una excelente opción
