Me hubiera gustado mas variedad en el bufet, el restaurante está muy lejos, para personas adultas hay que estar pidiendo una camioneta para llevarlos, cambiar las regaderas de los baños, el de mi habitación se veía oxidado, sucio y viejo, los baños del restaurante con muchas fallas, EN GENERAL MUY BUEN HOTEL, BUENA ATENCIÓN DEL PERSONAL.

Me gusto el entorno con la naturaleza. No me gusto el servicio del personal, por ejemplo en el restaurant los meseros no te ofrecían ni un vaso de agua, tienes que andarlos buscando. No me gusto que al hacer la limpieza de la habitación me pusieron una sábana con muy mal olor (sucia). Lo reporte y nunca me llevaron otra sábana, tuve que bajar por ella 3 horas después porque ya me quería dormir y la necesitaba. En el restaurant había demasiadas abejas, abejas en la fruta de la barra buffet e inclusive algunas ya muertas. Para servirte agua de sabor te arriesgabas a que alguna abeja te picara, estaba lleno de abejas. No podías comer tranquilo. No tengo nada contra el personal ya que platicando con ellos son muy amables y cordiales, pero en general el hotel NO ofrece un buen servicio.

Esta muy padre el hotel, la habitación, la alberca, restaurante.... Pero el mar nones apto para nadar y eso fue una de las cosas por las cuales me decidí y oh sorpresa no pudimos meternos al mar, y la otra cosa es que como Hiba en familia para bajar a la alberca tienes que tomar un camionsito tampoco fue muy del agrado, pero como les comento esto por qué traíamos niños y bebe...... El personal excelente atención, sin embargo;en las habitaciones las sábanas y cobertores ono estaban lavadas o están muy percibidas. Las lámparas de la alberca estaban sueltas adentro de la alberca mpor lo que hay rie,go de accidente. Agua de alberca sucia. Bufet por variación. Predominó platillos debajo costo y calidad. P ejemplo dieron diario huevo en todas modalidades y chilaquiles y salchichas en el restauran había demasiadas moscas por lo era molesto al estar consumiendo los alimentos entiendo que puede ser la temporada sin embargo podrían hacer alguna estrategia para evitarlo.

Pésima estancia, no habían toallas limpias, el lobby inundado debido a una filtración de agua, en el bufete habían alimentos descompuestos y mi check in fue dos hrs después de lo normal porque no habían habitaciones limpias

The pool does not have maintenance, the water was dirty and nobody could use it for two days till they cleaned it. The beach they have is very dangerous is not for swimming , a 19 year old guy almost died because of this beach just the next day we were there. Towels are so hold that they even have holes and look too olds and dirty. No parking lot, everyone has to park outside of the hotel and walk to the hotel. Employees do whatever to help, they are pretty good but they do not have support to perform a much better job. I will never come back to this hotel

El hotel decayó mucho desde nuestra primer visita, hace 2 años. Somos una familia de 2 niños chicos, 2 adultos y fuimos por la alberca para chiquitos. En cuanto a las albercas, todo bien, buena temperatura del agua, salvo por el olor a podrido en la piscina de adultos. Muchas decepciones en este viaje: faltaban las toallas en en cuarto, también para salir de la piscina, faltaban platos para el desayuno, los baños generales del hotel en mal estado, inundados y con poca luz. Mala atención de las chicas de la recepción (a veces parecía que no tenían muchas ganas de trabajar, otras se olvidaban de las cosas que pedías), pero no por parte del personal del transporte del hotel a las albercas y el personal de la zona de las albercas. Un hotel que podria estar mucho mejor pero lamentablemente están dejando deteriorar.
